Delivery

We ship Australia-wide. Poles are too large to ship, so interstate orders include pole mounts for the camera box and solar panel — or we can put you in touch with a local steel supplier if you'd prefer a pole. All systems require a data SIM (we recommend Telstra or Boost Mobile). Systems are custom-made and ship within 7 business days of payment. Contact us before ordering if you need an ETA.

Warranty and support

Every system includes free 2-year remote support and maintenance, covering remote tech support and programming changes.
